The World Cup Stories promo will be released on 2 December at 6 pm UK time (12 pm BST) and will stay in the game until 9 December - so the event will only last a week. In this event, we'll see special cards for the whole squad, plus some objectives and squad building challenges.
EA may also include them in the newly released World Cup swap cards, but we don't know yet.

As usual, we have seen the first leaks from reliable sources a few days before the start of the World Cup. The most reliable source, FUT Sheriff, has leaked that Virgil van Dijk is the name that has been revealed, although we are not sure what important moments he has been involved in so far in the tournament
